I’m SUPER happy with the design of this website, which I created with the help of an incredible new friend (who lives in Bangladesh; thanks Imran!) – There’s also a fun story behind this that I couldn’t make up even if I had wanted to.

You might notice that the design of this website looks kind of similar to that of Austin Kleon’s website, and that’s no coincidence – I thought that the site looked fire, which is why I decided to implement the way that it looked.

Is it ironic that I’m ‘stealing’ a design from a guy who became famous for writing the book “Steal Like An Artist”?

I mean, I do have a physical copy of that in my bedroom, so on one note, perhaps I paid the tuition fee for entry, and on the second note, perhaps I’m one of those rare people who’s actually following the man’s sage advice and indeed, stealing like an artist while adding little flourishes here and there as I build my next steps.

Also, Chapter 3 of heartbeat(); is out – go have a read!

A Small Thought On Equilibria

As you know, I recently lost quite a lot of weight, maintaining all of my muscle ever since the beginning of the year – people consider it a great success and I do as well, but the question arises: Why did I have to lose weight again in the first […]

A Small Project

A small thing that not everyone might have noticed is this: I’ve lost about 8kg from November till now (we started at 79kg), or 5.7, if you’re looking at the first recorded picture in which I started tracking my journey. I like the idea of weight loss, and how it […]

NEED FOR SPEED

Some people like rhythm games; other people like FPS and getting good at their craft.  I like some of these things in different ways as well, but there’s one thing that I find somewhat unique to myself and that I thought I’d share about today: I like learning how to […]

Life’s Fleeting Nature

In this life I’ve spent on earth, it’s begun to occur to me that nature’s love language may be irony. Were it not so, it would seem strange that I should have written about life just the other day… Only to have it very nearly taken away from me. I […]

How Will You Feel About Life?

When you think of this life from somewhere beyond, in the years that come by, the days you won’t remember, how will you feel about it? Will you remember it all as a distant dream from far away whose images and memories seem foreign to you? A thrashing in the […]
